Michel Tissue Builder will easily add contour into these critical areas.  Just inject small amounts of tissue builder into the desired areas.  It solidifies immediately when it contacts body moisture.  It will not change shape, shift, leak, cause discoloration, or effect other embalming chemicals.  Plus, it produces the same texture and firmness as other embalmed tissue for a seamless cosmetic effect.
